I lost 12 kilos in 3 months!

A change in diet combined with daily exercise was the key for me to lose 12 kilos in just three months. I adjusted my diet to mainly focus on fresh, unprocessed foods. Instead of fast food and snacks, I opted for healthy alternatives like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I also made sure to plan my meals in reasonable portions and eat regularly to avoid cravings.



In addition to changing my diet, I also became more physically active. Tennis, fitness, and boxing were my preferred sports, which I practiced regularly. I opted for a varied training program to work different muscle groups and challenge myself both physically and mentally.
